Justin Findley

Justin Findley started their work experience in 2007 as an Operations Engineer at Merit Energy Company. In 2009, they moved to Reef Exploration LP where they worked as a Senior Engineer until 2011. After that, they joined the US Navy as an Officer until 2014. Since 2014, Justin has been working at FESCO, Ltd, initially as a Corporate Engineer and currently as the EVP & COO.

Justin Findley completed their Executive MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business during the period of 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, graduating between 2001 and 2006.
