Gisela Hernandez-Skayne

Gisela Hernandez-Skayne is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the English Language Learner Chair and Academic Dean for the Upper School at The Fessenden School since August 2020. Prior to this role, Gisela held the position of Language Chair at Esperanza Academy from July 2018 to June 2020, and served as Principal at The Fenn School from March 2002 to June 2018. Gisela also held the roles of Director of Secondary School Counseling and Spanish Chair during tenure at The Fenn School. Gisela's academic credentials include a BA/JD in Law from Universidad Panamericana, a Summer Program in International Law from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, as well as additional education from Colegio Suizo de Mexico AC.
