Filippo Principi

Filippo Principi is a seasoned professional in venture capital and corporate finance, currently serving as a VC Investor and Portfolio Manager at L'Oréal's BOLD Ventures since March 2022. Previously, Filippo held several roles within the organization, collaborating on global initiatives in M&A and VC investments while reporting to the global head of Corporate Finance. Additionally, Filippo is involved with a portfolio of startup investments focusing on food and food-tech and serves as an advisor to the CEO of Fessura Italia. An MBA graduate from INSEAD, where Filippo received the L'Oréal scholarship, Filippo has also co-founded ACT4ITALY, a non-profit marketplace during the COVID-19 crisis, and has experience in venture building and innovation through roles at PAN3G and Adecco Group. Notable earlier experiences include management training at Vodafone and a notable participation in international academic programs.
