Eric Meslay

Eric Meslay is an experienced interior decorator and design advisor, currently working at Artypik Studio since October 2018. With a background in stage lighting, Eric transitioned into the field of decoration after obtaining a degree in Interior Decoration and Design Consulting from MMI Déco and receiving the first prize from the European Federation of Interior Architects and Decorators (FEDAI). In addition to this role, Eric has been the light manager and head of the lighting workshop at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence since 2007 and is the founder of the Association L'Ombre Chinoise, which focuses on traditional Asian puppetry and shadow theater. This association offers an educational traveling exhibition featuring over 500 pieces from Southeast Asia, fostering discussions about puppetry and its cultural significance. Eric's work promotes the intersection of design, architecture, and the poetic aspect of light.
