Khalil Bessaa

Khalil BESSAA is an experienced project manager in the performing arts, currently serving as the Régisseur Général des Ateliers de Construction at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence since June 2011. Responsibilities include project management, oversight of construction teams, budget management, and maintenance of workshops. Khalil has held various roles at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence, including General Manager at the Archevêché and GTP for several editions. Previous experience includes working as Régisseur Général for Cie 14:20, focusing on installations and tours, and as Régisseur Plateau for LE BALLET PRELJOCAJ and Théâtre Toursky, managing teams and supporting various performing arts companies. Khalil holds multiple qualifications in arts and culture, including a degree in Régisseur général du spectacle vivant from ISTS, and has a background in media and audiovisual studies from Aix-Marseille University and Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
