Dan Estelle

Dan Estelle, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Merchandising at Festival Foods since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in product merchandising and marketing. Previously, Dan held various senior leadership roles at SpartanNash from May 2016 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar OwnBrands P&L, overseeing merchandising, packaging design, strategic planning, and product development. Notable achievements include establishing the OwnBrands Sourcing department and launching successful premium brands, along with completing the SpartanNash Executive Leadership Program. Prior to SpartanNash, Dan worked at Gordon Food Service and Perrigo Company plc, where significant contributions included managing product life cycles and developing marketing strategies for diverse categories. Dan holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a BBA in Marketing with Highest Honors from Davenport University.
