Melissa van Gheem

Melissa Van Gheem, SHRM-SCP, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Festival Foods, where employment began in October 2014, advancing through various HR leadership roles. Prior to this, experience includes serving as a Senior Manager HR Business Partner at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance from February 2007 to October 2014, focusing on employee engagement programs and talent acquisition strategies. Initial HR experience includes roles at Greatland as an HR Representative and at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College as a Background Check Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources, both from Lakeland University.
