Kristin McGowan

Kristin McGowan is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background. Kristin is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Duck Camp, where they are responsible for various HR functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, and fostering the company culture. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at Zengistics as the Director of People, overseeing HR, recruiting, training, and office functions. Kristin successfully built scalable processes and programs during the company's transition from a start-up to a high-growth organization. Kristin also has experience as an Executive Recruiter and Account Executive at Addison Group, where they focused on networking and developing relationships with clients and candidates. Additionally, they worked at Gap Inc., where they held various leadership positions, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Customer Experience Manager. In these roles, Kristin was responsible for business strategy, customer engagement, operations, and people management. Kristin McGowan, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from William Jewell College. Kristin attended the college from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Kristin has also acquired several certifications. In June 2020, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI. Furthermore, in February 2023, they received a Notary Public Commission from The Office of the Texas Secretary of State.
