Ed Reams

Ed Reams has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, holding various roles in different companies over the years. Ed'smost recent position was as the Director of In-Park Revenue at Palace Entertainment since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Culinary Manager at Water Country USA starting in June 2018. Before that, Ed worked as the Director of Residential Dining at Aramark from September 2017 to June 2018. Ed also had significant tenure at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where they transitioned from Culinary Operation Manager to Director of Culinary Operation from 1997 to 2017. Ed's career began as a General Manager at Shoney's of Tidewater in 1987 and continued with roles such as Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel from 1995 to 1997.
