Adam Fay has a diverse work experience in various industries. Adam began their career as a Court Reporter at Court Recording Services Pty Ltd. in 2000 and later worked as a Personal Assistant to a judge at the Attorney-General's Department. In 2001, they started working as a Journalist at the Australian DVD Network Magazine, where they wrote feature articles and industry news stories. Adam then transitioned to a role as the Transcription Manager at Merrill Corporation - Legal Solutions in 2003.

Adam's career progressed into the media industry, where they worked as a Journalist at Boxoffice Media LLC in 2007. Adam later joined Clerkdogs, an ambitious startup, as a Writer & Content Curator. At Clerkdogs, they contributed to building a movie recommendation search engine and was later acquired by Netflix.

Adam continued their work in content curation and management roles. Adam worked as a Web Content Coordinator at Ron Bennett Australia and as a Content Curator at Presto - Stream TV & Movies. Adam then joined the Foxtel Group as an Editorial Content Manager, responsible for managing the content editorial and curation team, choosing marketing leads for the business, and programming and scheduling movies and TV shows.

Most recently, Adam has been working at Fetch TV as the Head of Content Marketing since 2016.

Adam Fay attended Macquarie University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Media degree in Journalism. Prior to that, they completed their Higher School Certificate at Seven Hills High School.
