Chase Kimball has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they started their career as an Associate at H&M, where they were responsible for visual merchandise displays and provided leadership to the floor team. In 2013, they worked as a Front of House staff at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, where they greeted patrons, addressed their questions, and resolved issues. In 2014, Chase worked as a Shop Coordinator at Bobby's Bike Hike - Chicago, where they handled opening and closing procedures, performed basic bike mechanic tasks, and implemented new efficiency processes. That same year, they joined Apple as a Technical Specialist, providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical advances, and conducting customer training.
