Grant Forss

Grant Forss has a diverse work experience starting with their most recent position as an Information Technology Engineer at Fetch Rewards. Prior to that, they worked at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as an Information Technology Desktop Support where they created tools, implemented automated workflows, designed dashboards, and tracked service desk data. Before that, Grant was a Help Desk Technician at TDS®. Grant also has experience in management as a Shift Manager at Colectivo Coffee, where they improved cafe efficiency, conducted hiring interviews and performance reviews, analyzed costs, and wrote schedules. Additionally, Grant worked as a Web Designer and Developer, creating customized websites using WordPress and PHP. Grant also served as a Web Content Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, managing and updating web content.

Grant Forss attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. In November 2020, they earned the "Google IT Support Professional Certificate" from Google. Grant also completed several certifications through Coursera and Google, including "IT Security: Defense Against the Digital Dark Arts" in November 2020, "System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services" in September 2020, "Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User" in August 2020, "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" in August 2020, and "Technical Support Fundamentals" in July 2020.
