Jen Sloan, PhD MBA, currently serves as a Consultant for Total Rewards, HR Systems, and Analytics at Fetch since November 2024, alongside their role as President and Cofounder of the Sloan Patel Foundation, a family foundation dedicated to supporting local youth. Previously, Jen held the position of Head of Global People Operations, Technology, Analytics & Total Rewards at Mozilla from June 2021 to July 2023 and served as Co-Chair of the MBA Advisory Board at UNLV Lee Business School from November 2020 to June 2023. Jen's experience includes leading Compensation, People Analytics, and HR Technology at Zappos and working in similar capacities at Cruise and Stitch Fix. Jen also served as Executive Director of the Center for Neural Engineering and Prostheses and was a Ph.D. researcher at UC Berkeley, focusing on neuroscience, with additional expertise in artificial intelligence and neuroeconomics. Educational credentials include a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from ESMT Berlin.
