Selena Monsell has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Selena began their career as a Marketing and Sales Manager for International Paintball Group in 2012. Selena then worked as a Consultant for Client Services at Enrollment Advisors, LLC from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an HR Coordinator for P2 Energy Solutions. Selena then moved on to become a Benefits Implementation Manager for Gusto from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they served as both a Regional Director for the Northeast and a Homeowner Consultant for Evolve Vacation Rental. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Account Manager for PIN Business Network and as a Sales Executive for Zillow's Premier Agent program. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Major Market Sales Executive for Paycor.

Selena Monsell obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 2010 and 2013. In 2014, they obtained their Life & Health certification from the Alabama Department of Insurance in September. In 2019, they obtained seven certifications from Google, including Digital Sales Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Mobile Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
