Experiential Graphic Designer I Graphic Designer at FETE NY

Waka Okamoto has a diverse work experience in environmental graphic design, branding, and marketing. They started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer in 2006, working on packaging and promotional materials for various companies including KIEHL'S and Bath & Body Works. From 2007 to 2015, Waka worked as a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer at FETE NY, where they oversaw the design and production of visual elements for the company's event designs. During this time, they also developed and maintained the visual branding of FETE's luxury lifestyle retail store, JUNG LEE NY. In 2017, Waka joined Giorgio Armani Cosmetics as an Environmental Graphic Designer, responsible for developing concepts and designing point-of-sale displays and sets. They also designed the GIORGIO ARMANI BEAUTY Pop-Up store, ARMANI BOX, in Soho, NY. From 2018 to 2019, Waka worked as an Environmental Graphic Designer and Branding Consultant at Ted Moudis Associates. Currently, they hold the role of Environmental Graphic Designer and Art Director at FETE NY, where they develop and maintain the visual branding of the company's luxury lifestyle brand, JUNG LEE NY, and oversee all aspects of production.

Waka Okamoto attended WAO Creator College from 1998 to 1999, where they studied graphic design. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Waka enrolled at Pratt Institute to further their studies in graphic design. No specific degree is mentioned for either educational experience.
