Marian Jayson

Marian Jayson currently serves as the Head of People Operations for FEV Tutor since August 2023. Previously, Marian held the position of Head of HR at ACT FIBERNET from March 2016 to June 2023, overseeing a workforce of over 2500 employees and contributing to the HR leadership team focused on evolving HR frameworks. Prior experience includes leading the HR function for the secondary care division at Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited and serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at HealthCare Global, where Marian drove the people agenda from the ground up. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource from Manipal Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mangalore University.
