Montasia Golden

Montasia Golden has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. Montasia started their career as a 2015 Corps Member with Teach For America, where they worked from June 2015 to June 2017. After that, they joined Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as an Elementary School Teacher, a role they held from August 2015 to August 2020.

In 2019, Montasia became a Site Coordinator at Freedom School Partners, where they worked until August 2020. Montasia then transitioned to the DeKalb County School District as an Elementary School Teacher, working from August 2020 to August 2021.

Following that, Montasia worked as an Education Consultant at Promethean from August 2021 to February 2022. Montasia then joined BetterLesson as an Instructional Coach in June 2021 and is currently working in that role. In January 2022, Montasia also took on the position of a Customer Success Manager (Academic Success Coach) at FEV Tutor.

Montasia Golden obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wake Forest University. Montasia attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
