Giovanni Pozzoli

Giovanni Pozzoli currently serves as the CFO of FEV Europe GmbH since 2024, contributing to a leading engineering provider in the automotive industry. Prior to this role, Giovanni was a member of the Executive Board and CHRO at thyssenkrupp Mining Technologies from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included transformation, restructuring, and M&A. Giovanni's extensive experience at thyssenkrupp from 2005 to 2020 included positions such as Global Program Manager and CFO of thyssenkrupp South America, focusing on finance, performance management, and strategic development. Giovanni began a career in consulting at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, and held a leadership role in IT and organization at Secomp Electronic Components GmbH.
