José León Pita

José León Pita currently serves as the People Operations Director at Fever since July 2022. Prior to this role, José was with Verisure from April 2015 to July 2022, where experiences included positions such as Operational Excellence Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Group HR Strategy and Planning Manager, and Group HR Strategy and Planning Advisor. In these roles, José focused on innovation, continuous improvement in operations, and strategic HR initiatives across various countries. Earlier in José's career, consulting work was performed at Monitor Deloitte from September 2012 to April 2015, specializing in strategic projects within the Energy and Utilities sector. José holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and has Master's Degrees in Civil Engineering from both Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
