Léa Fesard

Léa Fesard currently serves as a Senior Team Lead at Fever since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading team efficiency-related strategic initiatives for Candlelight concerts, the largest experience owned by Fever, aimed at democratizing access to classical music. Prior to this role, Léa worked at PwC France and PwC Luxembourg, contributing to large-scale projects in operations and consulting, including management of industrial suppliers and development of identity verification services. Early career experiences include internships at CHANEL, Laboratoires Novexpert, and SITA UP, focusing on supply chain coordination, business development, and project management. Léa holds a Master’s in Management from emlyon business school and has completed further education at Hult Ashridge Executive Education and various international institutions.
