Elaine Rooney

Elaine Rooney is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and organization development, currently serving as Organisation Development Manager and previously as Interim Human Resources Manager at FEXCO since March 2012. Rooney's career at FEXCO began in 2002 as a Human Resources Business Partner, with subsequent roles including Learning and Development Executive and Learning and Development Manager. Elaine Rooney holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology from Kingston University, a Diploma in Employment Law from Black Hall Place, and qualifications in Psychological Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society, along with a BA in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland.
