Siobhain Colborne

Siobhain Colborne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Merchant Service Delivery Europe at Fexco since November 2022, Siobhain previously held the role of Program Manager - Europe at the Merchant Risk Council from August 2020 to October 2022. Prior to this, Siobhain worked at Fexco in various capacities, including Operations Support Manager and PoS Operations Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and leading operational initiatives. Siobhain's career also includes roles as Project Secretary at Jacobs and Recruitment Resourcer at Judd Farris Recruitment, along with earlier experience as Service Desk Manager at Selection Services Plc. Siobhain holds a Diploma in Project Management from Munster Technological University and an FDA in Business and Management from the University of Greenwich.
