Michiel Jonkman

Michiel Jonkman serves as the Press Office Coordinator at Feyenoord Rotterdam N.V. since March 2020, overseeing press operations and broadcast management for domestic and European matches while liaising with Eredivisie clubs and UEFA on press matters. A freelance journalist from 2011 to 2020, Jonkman's work includes sports journalism across multiple disciplines, contributions to notable publications like Het Parool and Row360, and roles in events such as the 2018 Olympics for Eurosport. Jonkman holds a Master’s degree in History from Leiden University and has extensive experience in multimedia content creation and editorial work.
