Patrick Lin

Community Advocate at FFLAG

Patrick Lin is a dedicated mental wellness coach at Restorative Mindfulness since February 2021, with extensive experience as a community advocate for PFLAG National since January 2015, focusing on promoting the wellbeing of Asian Pacific Islander families and LGBT individuals in New York City. Prior roles include serving as a mental health therapist at Hamilton-Madison House and Queens Pride House, where Patrick provided counseling services and advocated for the LGBT community. Additionally, Patrick worked as a public health educator at the United Cambodian Association of Minnesota, implementing health-related programs, and as a teaching assistant at Saint Paul Public Schools, supporting students in their academic development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College and Columbia University, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota.
