Reka Daroczi has built a diverse and extensive career in human services, currently serving as the Lead Community Resource Advocate/Admissions and PCP Coordinator at TLC - The Treatment and Learning Centers since January 2011. Previous roles include Community Resource Advocate II, Employment Specialist II, and Senior Service Coordinator at Service Coordination Inc. Reka also gained experience as an ABA Therapist at Positive Behavioral Dynamics, LLC, and as a Service Coordinator at Service Coordination Inc. Earlier in the career, Reka held the position of Community Living Manager at Target Community and Educational Services Inc. and worked as a Level 2 Teacher at The New England Center for Children. Reka holds a Master of Science in Human Services Management in Special Education from McDaniel College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Williams College.

TLC's mission is to improve lives and expand possibilities for individuals with special needs through diagnostic, therapeutic, educational and employment programs. Today, TLC serves more than 2,200 individuals in our community each year through the following programs: • The Katherine Thomas School— Private day school for students in pre-school through 12th grade with language and learning disabilities and/or high functioning autism. • Testing and Tutoring Service — Psychological and educational testing, tutoring, and counseling for students with learning and emotional difficulties. • Outcomes Service — Career assessments, employee development services, community employment services, transitioning youth services for individuals with developmental disabilities. • Outpatient Services —Speech and occupational therapy for children with a wide range of special needs including autism spectrum disorders. • The Family Hearing Center— Audiology clinic providing hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and related counseling for the entire family. The Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredits TLC’s Outcomes Service, and TLC’s Katherine Thomas School is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education.
