Chaney Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at JAKALA and FFW, roles held since May 2024 and July 2020 respectively, Chaney has previously excelled as the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at Rick Steves Europe and held various positions at Stanford University and UC Berkeley focused on communications and alumni relations. As a co-founder and Vice President of World Education Group, responsibilities included developing infrastructure and overseeing operations.
