Rakesh Nair

Rakesh Nair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management roles in the safety and oilfield services industries. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Fire & Gas Detection Technologies, Inc. since April 2025, Rakesh previously held the position of Country Manager for Oman and UAE at MSA - The Safety Company from June 2016 to March 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Manager at SPECIAL OILFIELD SERVICES CO. L.L.C. from May 2009 to May 2016. Rakesh holds an MBA in Project Management from the National Institute of Management Technology (NIMT), which was attained between 2007 and 2009, and a BTech in Electronics & Instrumentation Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University, completed in 2007.
