Prior roles include Principal at IBM and Senior Consultant at ChemSystems, along with experience as a Petrochemicals Trader at Metallgesellschaft and Propylene Product Manager at bp. Richard's educational background includes a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University, and completion of the Young Managers Program at INSEAD.
