Qilin Tam currently serves as the Head of Refining at FGE since October 2023. Other roles at ExxonMobil involved serving as LP Refinery Model Improvement Engineer and LP Refinery Model Validation Engineer, where Qilin Tam focused on refining model development, troubleshooting, and integrating business needs with engineering solutions. Qilin Tam holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
