Maximilian Kleinert

Maximilian Kleinert has a diverse background in business change, strategic brand development, corporate strategy, and valuation and business modeling. Maximilian currently serves as the Director of Business Change at FGH (Freemans Grattan Holdings) since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Otto Group where they held the positions of Head of Strategic Brand Development from April 2022 to June 2023 and Bereichsleiter Corporate Strategy & Development from June 2017 to April 2022. Maximilian also has experience as a Manager at EY in Transaction Advisory Services from April 2012 to March 2017, and as a Business Analyst at MACQUARIE CAPITAL (EUROPE) LIMITED in Investment Banking M&A from September 2011 to February 2012.

Maximilian Kleinert completed their education at Maastricht University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business in 2009 and their Master of Science degree in International Business Finance in 2011. In 2009, they also attended Queen's University for a brief period to study Commerce.
