Jelena Krsmanovic

Jelena Krsmanovic is an experienced professional in the field of research and client services, currently serving as Associate Director of Research & Insights at FGS Global since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jelena worked as Manager of Client Services at Morning Consult from July 2021 to January 2022 and held various positions including Associate, Senior Analyst, and Research Analyst at Benenson Strategy Group from October 2018 to July 2021. Jelena's early experience includes an internship in marketing at the PACE Center for Girls in 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Market Research and Consumer Behavior from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Florida, complemented by a short-term study at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2015.
