Previously, Kirsten held senior roles including Group Corporate and Consumer Affairs Director at Dairy Farm Group and Partner at Brunswick Group. Expertise in investor relations was further developed during tenures at Fleishman-Hillard and Kreab Gavin Anderson. Kirsten began a career in corporate broking at UBS and co-founded Macmaster and Company. Academically, Kirsten attended the Oxford School of Drama from 1990 to 1993.
