Masooma Kazmi

Masooma Kazmi is an experienced professional in energy and sustainability communications, currently serving as Associate Director at FGS Global since March 2022, following a role as Senior Associate in the same field. Previously, Kazmi participated in the Women Leaders in Energy Fellowship at the Atlantic Council from May 2021 to May 2022 and contributed as an Analyst at Envoy Public Labs from September 2019 to August 2021, focusing on nuclear energy and environmental policy. Early career experiences include roles at the Consumer Technology Association, Virginia Tech's Office of Sustainability, and various internships that emphasize marketing communications and sustainability initiatives. Kazmi holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy & Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Virginia Tech.
