Karl Steinsberger has extensive work experience in the field of communications engineering and security. Karl worked as a Senior Communications Engineer at Facchina Global Services, where they designed and implemented secure telecommunications platforms and was responsible for COMSEC Custodian, Corporate ISSM, and equipment and circuit installation. Prior to that, they held the role of Branch NCOIC at USAITA-Pentagon, where they were in charge of maintaining and troubleshooting secure telecommunications platforms and supervising a team of soldiers and civilians. Karl also served in the US Army and White House Communications Agency, where they held roles as NCOIC-Presidential Radio Lead and Presidential Radio Lead, respectively.
Karl Steinsberger pursued their higher education from the year 2002 to 2006 at the University of Maryland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science Information Technology. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2011 to 2013, and successfully completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems Management/Information Assurance.
