Sharifah Zuhaida

Sharifah Zuhaida currently serves as the Head of Human Capital Services at FGV Holdings Berhad since December 2023. With significant expertise in performance and rewards management, Sharifah previously held leadership positions including Head of HR Services at KPJ Healthcare Bhd, Head of Performance and Rewards at Permodalan Nasional Berhad, and Vice President of Rewards & Performance Management at Bursa Malaysia. Earlier roles also include various positions at UEM Edgenta Berhad, Astro, and Sime Darby across the performance and rewards spectrum. Sharifah's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
