Yen Sin Chua

Yen Sin Chua is an experienced professional in stakeholder engagement and sustainability, currently serving as Senior Manager in the Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting, Sustainability Policy & Engagement Department at FGV Holdings Berhad since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Manager in the same department. Yen Sin Chua has been a member of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) since December 2014. Prior to current roles, Yen Sin Chua worked at the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM) from January 2012 to February 2021, where responsibilities included leading the International Coordination and Media Relations Division and working on civil and political rights issues as part of the Law and International Treaties Division. An early career included an internship at Maxis Mobile Sdn Bhd in 2011, focusing on media relations. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree of Social Sciences in International Relations from the National University of Malaysia, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
