Joi also held the role of National Alumni Director at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc., where contributions led to impressive growth in alumni service engagement and the development of a branded recovery app. Earlier in a dedicated career at Caron Treatment Centers, Joi excelled in various roles from Alumni Coordinator to Clinical Coordinator, implementing strategic plans and enhancing alumni activities and fundraising initiatives. Educational background includes studies at Alvernia University.
