Sherief Moustafa

Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, Rami Sleiman is responsible for all areas of administration including Compliance, Risk Management, HR, Utilization Review and Revenue Cycle Management. Rami also oversees all direct patient care functions, including but not limited to program development and all aspects of facility operations. He recently served as acting CEO for over a year in 2021 and led FHE to historic growth in the company’s two-decade history.

Thanks to his skills in organizational leadership, FHE Health has been recognized by both insurance providers and accreditation bodies as an example of excellence in the behavioral health industry, establishing Rami as a respected leader in his field.

With an insistence on only the highest standards in policy compliance and documentation, and a strong commitment to highly ethical business practices, Mr. Sleiman has designed and implemented numerous industry leading programs in compliance with local, federal, and regulatory guidelines. Rami has led the way to establishing FHE Health as an organization with exceptional expertise in program development, healthcare billing efficiency, and UR best practices.

Mr. Sleiman also chairs multiple committees within the organization, where he has come to be known as an innovative leader and out-of-the-box thinker.

Mr. Sleiman is from Boston, Massachusetts. He holds a MBA from Florida Atlantic University and is a graduate of Trinity College (CT) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He holds a certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and a specialization in Healthcare Operations. Rami’s passion for self-discovery has made him an avid student of philosophy, meditation and entrepreneurship.
