Juan Carlos Bautista

Juan Carlos Bautista supports organizational decision making by developing competitive budgets for proposals, promoting cost-effectiveness and strategic pricing, and providing corporate financial analysis.

Bautista possesses extensive knowledge of FHI 360’s funders and their diverse regulations and requirements. He works with both investors and program staff to ensure that program resources maximize their impact on their intended beneficiaries.

Bautista has more than 20 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, indirect rate structure, financial systems design and implementation, management and international operations. In addition to his corporate-level work in finance and with the corporate subsidiaries, he has worked in program delivery as a member of implementation teams for more than 10 years, which included fieldwork throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
