Jena Padron, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jena started their career at Nova Southeastern University, where they worked as a Gift Processing Specialist, overseeing the processing and documentation of significant annual gifts and providing training and workflow supervision to a team. Jena also developed and presented reports for senior executives. Jena later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Information System Analyst, where they implemented strategic HR policies and provided support to departmental leaders. Jena resolved HR systems issues and led the testing and troubleshooting of various HR systems.

In 2018, Jena joined FHIA Remodeling, initially as a Benefits Specialist. Jena partnered with the Benefits team to develop and administer benefits programs, ensured ACA compliance, and provided timely assistance to employees. Jena then advanced to become a Human Resources Generalist, where they partnered with internal customer groups, implemented programs and policies to drive employee engagement and performance, and served as a trusted advisor to managers. Jena subsequently took on the role of Human Resources Payroll Manager, where they researched and implemented best practices, enhanced processes, and guided all aspects of HR to meet employee needs and organizational results. Presently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at FHIA Remodeling.

Jena Padron, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Nova Southeastern University. Jena completed their MBA in 2014. Prior to their MBA, Jena also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University, which they completed in 2011.

In addition to their educational background, Jena Padron has also received the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the SHRM Certification institution in January 2019.
