Mark Russell

Mark Russell has over 25 years of work experience in various positions related to human resources. Mark currently works at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati as the VP of Human Resources Operations. Prior to this role, they held positions such as AVP, HR Operations Officer, and Benefits & HRIS Manager at the same company. Before joining the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, Mark worked at Health Alliance as a Compensation Manager and later as a Benefit Manager. Mark also worked at Specialty Foods Group as a Benefit Manager, US Playing Card Company as Manager of Compensation & Benefits, and Employers Trust as an HR Generalist.

Mark Russell attended St Xavier from 1984 to 1988, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Mark then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources at Xavier University from 1988 to 1992.
