Megan Dougherty

Megan Dougherty is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in capital markets risk, operations, and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Capital Markets Risk, Operations and Compliance at the FHLBanks Office of Finance since August 2012, Megan has previously held roles including Manager and Senior Term Funding Officer within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines as Trader and Capital Markets/Treasury Analyst, as well as a Banker at J.P. Morgan and Technical Sales Representative at Molex. Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and has earned both a Master's degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Drake University and The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, respectively.
