Randy Snook

Randy Snook has over three decades of work experience in the financial industry. Randy started their career at Goldman Sachs in 1989 as a Partner and Managing Director, where they handled the firm's capital markets business, specifically focusing on corporate bonds and credit markets. In 2005, they joined SIFMA as the Executive Vice President and Head of Business Policy and Practices, where they advocated for policy initiatives in support of capital markets. Most recently, in 2019, Randy became the CEO of the FHLBanks Office of Finance, responsible for issuing and servicing debt securities on behalf of the Federal Home Loan Banks and ensuring liquidity for member institutions.

Randy Snook pursued their education from 1978 to 1983 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. During this time, they earned a BSCE/MBA degree, specializing in the fields of Civil Engineering and Business Management.
