Isabella Mitterlehner-Miksitz is an experienced Senior Recruiter, Consultant, and Wirtschaftspsychologin at Hill Woltron Management Partner GmbH since January 2007, specializing in the recruitment and selection of professionals and executives, including top management. Responsibilities include developing job requirements, advertisement writing, active sourcing, conducting interviews and assessments, as well as providing career coaching and outplacement support.
