Poornima Kamath

Poornima Kamath has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Poornima is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Fi since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Head of Sales and Commercial HR, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, and National Head-HR, Corporate & Services.

Earlier in their career, Poornima worked at Microsoft from 2005 to 2018, where they held various positions including HR Manager/Site Lead for Research India and APAC Services. Poornima played a crucial role in establishing and driving talent strategy in different regions and was responsible for global talent acquisition.

Before joining Microsoft, Poornima worked at Mysis Healthcare as an HR Executive, where they performed a range of HR duties and responsibilities, including managing payroll, induction of new hires, and training needs identification.

Overall, Poornima Kamath has extensive experience in HR management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and implementing effective people strategies.

Poornima Kamath received a Masters Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University, which they pursued from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Poornima has obtained several certifications, including being an Accredited Trainer for MBTI, an Accredited Trainer on DiSC Assessment, an Accredited Trainer on Hogan Certification for Leadership Intervention, trained in Behavioral / Competency Based interviewing, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and trained on Gallup Strength Finder.
