Saurabh Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Saurabh started their career at Moser Baer India Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Engineer in Process Re-engineering from October 2004 to June 2009. Saurabh then moved on to Apollo Tyres Ltd, where they held the position of Manager in Supply Chain Management from June 2011 to January 2015. Saurabh later joined Flipkart, where they served as Manager of Process Excellence from February 2015 to February 2017. During their time at Flipkart, they led various projects related to seller experience, logistics, and supply chain optimization.

After Flipkart, Saurabh joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as the Manager of Process Excellence from February 2017 to February 2018. Following their stint at Ola, they joined cure.fit (cult.fit) and held multiple roles. From March 2018 to September 2020, they served as the Head of Zonal Operations Excellence & Culture. Then, from October 2020 to November 2021, they became the Head of Operations Excellence & Marketplace Onboarding Operations. Lastly, from December 2021 to March 2023, Saurabh held the position of Head of Customer Experience.

Saurabh Sharma completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from Maharshi Dayanand University in 2004. Saurabh then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations & Marketing from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon from 2010-2011. Prior to this, they completed their HSC in Science from Apeejay School in 2000. In terms of certifications, Saurabh obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute, New Delhi in 2008 and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from KPMG India in 2015.
