Srinivas R

Srinivas R has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Srinivas started their career in 2005 as a Senior Engineer at Infosys Technologies Limited. Srinivas then moved on to Cummins India Limited, where they held roles as a Senior Manager and Executive Manager. In 2014, Srinivas joined Myntra as a Process Specialist before progressing to become the Head of Control Tower and Projects and eventually the Director of Last Mile. Srinivas worked at Myntra until 2020 when they joined Licious as the VP of Frontend Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Fi, starting in 2023.

Srinivas R holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Six Sigma from Cummins Inc. in the year 2013.
