Tara L. is the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition at F&I Sentinel since November 2021. Previously, she held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition United States at TRADEBE from May 2019 to October 2021. With a background in psychology, Tara has worked in various HR and talent acquisition roles, including Director of Recruiting at One Hope United and Recruiter at Autism Home Support Services, Inc. She also served as Director of Human Resources and Operational Services at The Bancroft School and held positions such as Human Resources Consultant and HR Generalist. Tara holds a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Effectiveness from The Chicago School, and a BS in Clinical/Counseling Psychology with a minor in Communication Disorders from Saint Xavier University.
