FIABILA
Pierre Tillit has a strong background in marketing and strategy. From 2014 to the present, they have worked as the International Marketing Director at FIABILA, where they have been responsible for developing and managing market research studies to support formula claims. In addition, they established and led an internal studies department.
Prior to their current role, Pierre served as the CEO and Co-founder of MÊME T'AIME, a fashion brand, from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they analyzed the global market and designed a long-term brand strategy. Pierre also managed collection development and conducted competitor analysis.
Before joining MÊME T'AIME, Pierre worked at L'OREAL as an International Marketing Director from 2005 to 2008, where they launched the HERBA-SHINE brand through collaboration with the marketing team in the US. In 2004, they served as an International Project Manager at L'OREAL, where they developed anti-dandruff shampoo and hair care brands with innovative formulas.

Pierre Tillit began their education in 1994 at Henri IV in Paris, where they pursued Prépa HEC until 1996. Following this, they attended HEC Paris from 1996 to 2000, earning a degree in Marketing known as Diplome HEC.
