Sheila López González has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.
Starting from 2006, they worked at Teleperformance as a Client Quality Manager, overseeing quality management for clients.
Sheila then moved on to NGK Automotic Ceramics Mexico in 2014, taking on the role of Customer Quality Coordinator (Sr. QA Engineer). Their responsibilities included managing customer claims and requests, implementing customer-specific requirements, and ensuring compliance with OEMs.
